Spiritual Resilience
We’re all anxious these days. How to stay balanced? Research in psychology and medicine shows that spiritual well-being — our lived sense of meaning, connection, and coherence — is one of the strongest predictors of resilience in the face of suffering. Spiritual Resilience is a seven-module course designed to strengthen that inner ground. Rooted in psychology, contemplative wisdom, and decades of clinical experience, this course explores ego and identity, meaning and connection, surrender, compassion, and transcendence in everyday life. This is not religious instruction or motivational hype. It is disciplined formation in how to remain steady, clear, and deeply human in uncertain times. Participants often describe it as practical and immediately applicable, noting that it “isn’t abstract spirituality—it’s something I could actually use in my day,” that it “didn’t try to fix suffering, but helped me relate to it differently,” and that it “feels like a practice, not a program.”
